Grand Opening |

We had a very successful grand opening Sat June 20th despite the occasional torrential rains. On behalf of the cadga members and Ticks we would like to thank Jarrett Hannan for all his efforts on renting the cabin and his tireless work on the course, mowing, digging etc. Also for all the hard work at the last minute to get the course ready for saturday we want to thank Chris Toone, GG, Dan Bean, and Les Masters hopefully, I didn't miss anyone. Their moving of dirt and stone for the tee boxes made the course look great!! We want to thank Brandt's Sign Shop (John Heiser and Jason Brandt) for producing the excellent sponsor stickers for the disc baskets. They look like they will last a very long time. We had 16 Ticks show up with 15 playing two rounds and some playing three rounds. Of course Jarrett walked away with the #1 Tag. The day started at 10:00am and lasted till 6:00pm. We had visitors from Parks and Rec and a member from the Borough Council who commented that the course looked great. The Sentinel showed up with a reporter and a photographer. They did a very nice article about us and the course in Sunday's paper. Remember to mark your calendars for the next event. The First Annual Ace Race Monday Sept. 14th. |
